The story revolves around Ajay Kumar (Aamir Bashir) a struggling writer in the television and film circuit and his wife Sonia Singh (Sonal Sehgal), a struggling artist in television serials. They live in a small apartment in a crowded locality. Wifes aim is to move into a plush society while husband knows it is a distant dream considering their finances. One day, Sonia convinces her friend to allow her to meet the astrologer she has taken an appointment with. The astrologer looks at her palm with a magnifying glass and tells her that she has a bright future.
