When an opportunity to write a script for a movie comes to Ajay, an aspiring script writer, he is thrilled, more by the thought of finally being able to prove himself to Jiya, the girl he loves, than the knowledge that this could very well be the beginning of a bright future in the world of celluloid. 

 A robbery being the main theme of the plot, Ajay works hard at getting the script right. Jiya is elated when Ajay's script is accepted and they get engaged. Things take a turn for the worse when Ajay is arrested for a crime he didn't commit. Sharad, his friend who had helped him several times in the past, promises to bail him out as soon as possible. Jiya, who has been helping Ajay clear his name, makes a surprising discovery. The fact that she now knows the identity of the killer and the mastermind behind the plot does little to ease her mind. Film

The Police Commissioner, Advocate Sinha and Police Inspector Vikram Singh arrive at the Central Mental Hospital to speak with an inmate, Arun Saxena. Arun is arrested, confesses to the the homicide and is sentenced to be hanged. This news unsettles Arun to such an extend that he becomes mentally unstable and is institutionalized. Super Hit Movie Raja (1995) a love story, Synopsis: Rana Mahednra Pratap Garewal (Mukesh Khanna) is a wealthy businessman along with his brother Vishwa (Dalip Tahil). They are both good friends with Brijnath (Paresh Rawal) who is not as wealthy. Rana's younger sister Madhu (Madhuri Dixit) is a good friend of Brijnath's younger brother Raja (Sanjay Kapoor). Seeing this Rana and Birju both arrange for Raja and Madhu to marry when they are older but Rana quickly backs out and insults Birju because of his social status. A accident causes Birju to become mental. Many years have passed and Raja and Madhu soon meet each other and fall in love. However Rana and Vishwa are determined to keep Madhu away from Raja. Eventually Rana gives in and accepts Raja into the family. When Raja leaves the city for a few days, Birju is invited to stay at the Garewal mansion. However, Madhu accuses Birju of rape when she is attacked by him. Rana immediately sends Birju to a mental hospital and Raja is forced to make a choice between his love and his brother. Believing in Birju innocence he breaks off his engagement with her. Madhu does not know that her own brothes had set Birju up so it looked like he had attacked her but in fact it was someone else who attacked her.

It released on 24 February 2006, and received positive response from critics, and was a moderate success at the box office. The film is a loose remake of the Hollywood film Changing Lanes. The movie focuses on Raghav Shastri (Nana Patekar), a cab driver in Mumbai who lies to his wife about his job, pretending to be an insurance salesman. One day, he gives Jai Mittal (John Abraham), a young businessman, a lift. Jai is fighting for ownership rights of his late father's estate. The cab involves in an accident with Jai escaping as he's in hurry. Jai loses the key to the vault containing his father's will in the back of Raghav's taxi. Raghav decides to hide it from Jai, who, in search for his lost item, goes to Raghav's house and tells his wife what he really does for a living. She leaves him, taking their son, and Raghav decides to take revenge. Raghav and Jai vow to kill each other in their fight for their own properties. When Raghav fails to kill Jai he targets Jai's girlfriend, Rupali (Sameera Reddy). As Raghav chases Rupali she is saved by Jai by hair's breadth. Jai lets Rupali escape and he attacks Raghav. They have a dirty car fight, but both survive. Raghav then decides to go to Jai's place. Jai returns to his apartment from a second court hearing regarding his father's estate in defeat, because he doesn't have his father's will. He discovers the will, torn to pieces and pasted on the wall of his apartment. Jai becomes depressed and feels lonely after his friends left him.Soon he even gets dumped by Rupali. Losing everything that used to be precious for him, Jai realize the hard hitting life, and start respecting his father and his work. On the other side Raghav is caught again by police and taken to police station where his wife tells his real character and problem within himself. soon he realize his deeds. Later he gets out of cell by Jai, where he ask for a drink and make jai to take him in his apartment. Raghav give back his will and say he never destroyed it rather he tore the fake one. The film ends with Jai rejecting the will and taking back the case but he is given back everything since his father wanted to him like that, Raghav having new fresh life with his family. Priyanka Chopra has a cameo appearance hinting the audience to be the new girlfriend of Jai.
